Outsourcing Arrangements
To keep operating costs low, back-end operations of Bank of Singapore are outsourced to OCBC Bank and/or its subsidiaries located in Singapore and Malaysia. This means that customer information may be disclosed to OCBC Bank and its subsidiaries for the processing of the transactions. Information will be kept within the OCBC Group and safeguards are in place to ensure highest level of confidentiality and service standards.
