How To Apply - For Employee/Self-Employed
Opening a CPF Investment/SRS Account with OCBC Bank is an easy 5 step process completing the online application, please remember to send us the following:
• A photocopy of your NRIC (for Singaporeans) or passport (for non-Singaporeans)
And any ONE of the following supporting documents for:
Print a copy of the online form and return it to us with the following documents:
• A copy of Singapore NRIC or Passport
• An initial minimum deposit of S$100
• An original copy of your statement of accounts OR
• The Notice of Assessment issued by the Comptroller of Income Tax
Pre-requisite
• Minimum age - 21 years old and above
• Must have earned income in the previous year
• Passive income such as rental and interest earned do not qualify
Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits held by or for an individual or a charity will be insured in accordance with and for up to the limits specified in the Deposit Insurance Act.
