Question4: What should I do when I discover that my token is damaged? Answer: For replacement of damaged tokens, please go to our website;
• Select “Tools & Info” on the orange horizontal bar.
• Select “Overview”, under Download forms.
• Select “Token Replacement” form
• You are required to complete the form and mail it to us duly signed as per your records with the bank.
• We will be able to waive the charges if you were to provide us with the damaged token. Otherwise there will be a replacement fee for the second “hardware” token which is at S$20.00.
