Question1: Can another person use my computer to login and activate his/her token?
Answer:

Yes this can be done as the other person will use his/her own individual user id and password to log on to his/her own account for the activation of the token.

Question2: How do I turn off my hardware token when it's not in use?
Answer:

The hardware token is a battery saving device that will not need to be switched off when not in use.

Question3: I am a frequent traveler; can I use the hardware token to log on to finatiQ when I am overseas?
Answer:

If you are a frequent traveler we will strongly advise you to select the hardware token as your token choice. This is to ensure that you are able to log on to your account anytime without worry of not receiving the SMS OTP (One-Time Password).
