1. What are the procedures I have to do to use a token and switch in between the applications?
2. Would there be charges if I were to switch the token type of my token? For example: From hardware to SMS or vice versa?
Question1: What are the procedures I have to do to use a token and switch in between the applications?
Answer:

For switching of token type:
• Select “Tools & Info” on the orange horizontal bar.
• Select “Overview”, under Download forms.
• Select “Token Replacement” form
• You are required to complete the form and mail it to us duly signed as per your records with the bank.

Question2: Would there be charges if I were to switch the token type of my token? For example: From hardware to SMS or vice versa?
Answer:

Only the 2nd hardware token onwards will be chargeable.
