You should report the incident immediately to our Client Contact Centre at 1800 438 3883.  We will de-activate the device to prevent unauthorized access and arrange for a replacement upon receipt of  your completed replacement form.

Please complete the finatiQ Token Replacement Form, enclose the faulty hardware security token and mail the package to us at the following address:

Alternatively, you can return this package to our office at 18 Church Street and we will arrange for a replacement to be mailed to you.

A replacement Hardware Token will be delivered to you within 2 weeks from the day your instruction (form) is received.

For security reasons you will not be able to use the previous token together with the replacement token as it has been deactivated.
