Question1: How do I deposit funds into my Investment Account?
Answer:


Deposit funds into the Investment Account by cheque or through a funds transfer.

Deposit by cheque
Mail the cheque to finatiQ at the following address:

Singapore Island Bank (finatiQ.com)
Attention: UTD Investment Ops
31 Tampines Ave 4
#03-00 Tampines Central 2
Singapore 529680

Please remember to write your Investment Account number on the back of the cheque.
For cheques received before 2:00 p.m on a business day between Monday and Friday, funds will be deposited to the Investment Account on the following business day by 3:00 p.m. For cheques received after 2:00 p.m or on Saturday, please allow 2 business days for processing.
Returned cheques will be sent back via mail.

Note: For cheques deposited by 10.30 a.m at our branch (at OCBC Centre East) directly, funds will be deposited to the Investment Account on the following business day by 3:00 p.m.   

Deposit by funds transfer
Set up a Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) between the two relevant bank accounts in order to effect the transfer. Log onto your account and select "Funds Transfer". An email confirmation will be sent upon successful processing.
Alternatively, you can also do a funds transfer using Internet Banking facilities of another bank.
