Making a Fixed Deposit Placement
1. How do I make and fund a fixed deposit placement?
Question1: How do I make and fund a fixed deposit placement?
Answer:
A fixed deposit placement can be made online or by phone. Minimum amount for each placement is SGD 3,000. There is no restriction on the number of placements that can be made.

Making Placements Online
Log onto the Investment Account and select Fixed Deposit Placement under Fixed Deposit Portfolio.

Confirmation of Placement
An email will be sent to confirm the placement. This email will contain details of the placement amount, projected interest amount upon maturity and the fixed deposit tenure.

Fixed deposit holdings can be checked anytime by viewing online statements or Fixed Deposit Portfolio.

Mode of Funding
At present, only cash can be used. The placement amount will be debited from the Investment Account. Please ensure sufficient funds in the Investment Account before making the placement.
