Question1: Can I switch funds in the RSP?
Answer:
There is no switch facility available for RSP. To cancel your existing RSP, please refer to the answer for Question 7(1) and to apply for a new RSP, please refer to the answer for Question 5(1).

Question2: How do I make amendments to my RSP?
Answer:
Please complete and mail us the "Regular Savings Plan (RSP) Amendment/Renewal Form". You can change details such as the investment amount, investment frequency (monthly/quarterly), investment duration, investment day, investment duration mandate (whether customised or open-ended) or renew the RSP.

Question3: How long will it take to process my amendment request?
Answer:
Your instruction (online/offline) must reach finatiQ at least 1 week before the next scheduled investment, failing which the scheduled investment will proceed as usual.

Question4: How do I renew my RSP?
Answer:
Please send finatiQ instructions to renew the RSP by completing the "Regular Savings Plan (RSP) Amendment/ Renewal Form". The form should reach finatiQ at least 1 week before the expiry date of the existing RSP.
