Question1: Can I remove an account holder from a joint account?
Answer:
Yes, you can. Simply print and complete the "Remove Account Holder Form" from our website and mail the completed form to finatiQ. However, all account holders need to sign the form as a form of consent. The signed form is then mailed to finatiQ.

Question2: Can I remove a joint account holder over the phone?
Answer:
No, finatiQ must receive a signed and completed "Remove Account Holder Form" to remove a joint account holder.

Question3: What if I can't print the form?
Answer:
You can make an online request through "Request Information By Post" for finatiQ to send you the form. Alternatively, you may call our hotline at 1800 438 3883 or (+65) 6438 3883 and request for the form to be mailed to you.

Question4: How long does it take to remove a joint account holder from an account?
Answer:
It takes approximately one working day upon receipt of the completed form to remove the account holder. Upon completion of processing, a confirmation email will be sent to each joint account holder as well as the removed party.

Question5: How will the removal of a joint account holder affect the account?
Answer:
After the removal process, no access will be given to the joint account holder who has been removed. The remaining account holders will not be affected.
