Account Holders' Login Enquiries

1. When I try to login, I get an error message "Invalid User ID / Password"
2. I am sure my User ID is correct, yet I am unable to submit my User ID and password.

Question1: When I try to login, I get an error message "Invalid User ID / Password"
Answer: You may have entered an incorrect User ID or password.
• Check that the correct User ID is being entered. For Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents, the User ID is your NRIC number. For Non-Singaporeans, the User ID is your passport number, with a nationality prefix in front (e.g. MY12345)
• Check that the password is correct. The password is case-sensitive.

Question2: I am sure my User ID is correct, yet I am unable to submit my User ID and password.

To confirm on your login User ID, please feel free to contact our customer Service Hotline at 1800 438 3883 or (+65 6438 3883 from overseas) between 8am to 10pm daily and our officers will be glad to assist you upon a verbal verification process.

For Internet Explorer (IE), enable the cookies to be stored in the computer under security settings. To check that the cookies are enabled, follow these simple steps:

For IE 5.5
• Go to the top menu bar and click on 'Tools'
• Click on 'Internet Options'
• Click on 'Advance' tab
• Scroll down to 'Security'
• Ensure that the boxes 'SSL 3.0' and 'SSL 2.0' are checked

For Nescape Navigator 7.0
• Go to the top menu bar and click on 'Edit'
• Click on 'Preferences'
• Click on 'Privacy & Security'
• Select 'Cookies'
• Ensure that the 'Allow cookies based on privacy settings' is checked
