Website Maintenance Schedule
1. Is the website accessible around the clock?
Question1: Is the website accessible around the clock?
Answer: "My Account" undergoes regular maintenance three times each week. All other areas of the site are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. (There is daily batch run from 12am - 2am)

The "My Account" Maintenance Schedule (Singapore Time) is:
Sunday    : 2 am to 6 am
Tuesday   : 4 am to 6 am
Thursday  : 4 am to 6 am
