Question1: How do I withdraw funds from my Investment Account?
Answer:
Withdraw funds from the Investment Account by cashiers' order or through a fund transfer.

Withdrawal by Cashiers' Order
Log onto  the Investment Account and choose  Withdrawal by Cashiers' Order. No limits for withdrawal by cashiers' order. For Joint Accounts, the cashiers' order can be sent to any account holder as specified.

Withdrawals by fund transfer
Set up a Direct Debit Authorization (DDA) between the two relevant bank accounts in order to effect the transfer.

Log onto the Investment Account and choose Fund Transfer. For fund transfer to other bank account(s) - e.g., DBS account or OCBC account, a maximum transfer of SGD 10,000.00 per transaction is authorized per day. An email confirmation will be sent upon successful processing.
