Eligibility
• All Singaporeans, Singapore PR and Singapore Residents
• Applicant and spouse must be between 21 and 60 years old (at time of enrolment)
• Applicant's child(ren) must be between 1 and 18 years old (at time of enrolment)
• Plan is renewable up to applicant and spouse's 65th birthday
• Acceptance to plan is subject to applicant/spouse's occupation, age eligibility and current physical health status

Exclusions
• OAC Hospital Accident Care Plan excludes military personnel, police force personnel, civil defence personnel, chauffers, firemen, CISCO personnel, taxi/despatch/heavy vehicle/delivery van drivers, security guards.
